DINJER Manhole Rehabilitation products were developed in 2000 after seeing a need for improvement in manhole rehabilitation product lines. Hand picked entities were selected to take part in a pilot program. In 2006, after a five-year installation inspection, and zero failures reported, DINJER cementitious and epoxy products were offered publicly to contractors. By 2008, our reference list had grown to 70 municipalities, in 5 states, including Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland, representing over 25,000 manholes successfully rehabilitated.
DINJER CMS10K cementitious mortar is a strong, easy to apply, corrosion resistant liner.
In high corrosion environments, DINJER SG Mastic epoxy applied over CMS10K forms
an exceptionally strong, solid, corrosion resistant barrier. The installation of
Rainstopper™ manhole inserts completes our restoration process, ensuring a higher
level of inflow and infiltration prevention, extending the life of the manhole, eliminating
costly clean out procedures, and reducing wastewater treatment costs to cities.
We believe DINJER cementitious mortar and epoxy, used in conjunction with Rainstopper™ Manhole Inserts, to be crucial components of a complete rehabilitation project.
